Currently continues to serve my community as the Economic Assistance Director in our County Health and Human Service Department. Serves as the ground operations subject matters expert on the USPACOM Deployable Joint Task Force Augmentation Cell (DJTFAC) core staff responsible for providing temporary crisis/contingency planning for the Pacific Area of Responsibility. In crisis/contingency operations, contribute and assist with the PACOM J35 (Future Operations) Division’s CONPLAN/OPLAN development effort, review available/required ground forces in support of proposed course of action, and participate in training events. If a JTF is stood up, serve as the JTF Commander and staff’s focal point for ground operations. Ensure ground forces/actions are accurately portrayed, monitor the status of ground operations and forces. Facilitate synchronization with USPACOM and JTF.

Planed and stood up the Civl Military Operations Section as part of the stand up of the Multi-national Force Iraq HQs. While in Baghdad, coordinated the transition of authority of Iraqi ministries from coaltion to Iraqi government control.

Established a CMCC in Ar Rutbah, Iraq. Supported CJSOTF West in managing Kurdish and Palestinian refugees on the border of Iraq and Jordan.

Deployed my CA Team to Herat Afghanistan in support of CJSOTF Dagger and CJCMOTF to assess the civil infrastructure, IO ad NGO capabilies, media and telecommunications. Nominated and began execution of CA Projects (ex Zendeh Jan Irrigation Project) around Herat.
