Serve as a retiree member of the Maine (USAF) Honor Guard as a Bugler but frequently called upon to fold and shoot. Was presented the Wing's Distinguished Service Award in 2012 and 2017. Also serve as State and Assistant State Director for Bugles Across America buglesacrossamerica.org providing volunteer buglers for veterans funerals and patriotic events.
