Is that your State order? Looks like it was published on 6 Jun 2017........
My state was published April 13th 2017 with a Effective date & DOR of NOV 13th 2016--but my FED Order has not published yet.... hoping soon.

We are at day 299 on scroll L04-17. The average length of human gestation is 280 days. It takes less time to make a human being than it does to make 1LT in the guard. And making a baby is a lot more fun.
