Does anyone have information on the L03-19 promotion packet?

I'm on the L03-19 packet from 2nd to 1st LT and the packet seems to be stuck at the JAG Office (based on myorb website, Fed Rec Packet Status). Anyone have any more information on where the packet is?

from past experience, once the packet hits that desk it sits there until they get a certain number and then they process them all in one batch. When I was going from 1LT to CPT the magic number was 100. So if yours is the first packet in, you may have to wait a while.
