What are some additional duties that I can hold in my unit as a Corporal?

Corporal's can hold any additional duty which requires an NCO, but doesn't specify a grade or position requirement. There are good reasons why SFC's get tapped for some specific and painfully difficult details, and your certainly not ready for those details. Read your unit policy letters and additional duties requirements. Ask your S3 NCO for a list of tasking duty NCO requirements. You'll learn something. Then volunteer. Get some experience and get some ink on your first evaluation report.

I definitely had my share of CQ duty, but when I made CPL, I went from a driver on my LT's BFV to his gunner, and in charge of my squad.
