Mu commander said he'd be very open to give me a waiver to fast track me back to e4 if im eligible to utilize one after being demoted. Ive bee trying to find a regulation on this but no luck. Anyone have any knowledge on this?

You'll be back on track in no time. There are no waivers while you're flagged. Forget about that. If you were a corporal ... an NCO ... you will probably just have to take it as a learning experience. Good luck.

If it's company grade or summarized, your CDR can do whatever he wants. Check out AR 600-8-19 and the MCM.

I do! 7 art 15s and platoon record holder for art 15s! Suck it up butter cup and drive on! Your career won’t end. First art 15 was for punching a cpt and I took my due punishment. If higher ups think your worth a fast track back to the top. Your golden!
