I have a question about APFT. I just recently PCS'ed to a unit and I'm currently on PTDY. The 1SG put me on a memo to come in and take a record APFT so I did. I passed. That day, I get a call saying he wants me to come in the next day to take an APFT for BLC.. Is there something in the regs against this? Back to back APFT's?

I think it would be fair to ask if your recent DA 705 could be used if you just need a diagnostic to get into the school (TRADOC just requires that you pass within 30 days of reporting). If you're talking about the APFT in the actual course, then no. There's no way around that.

Maybe he's testing you to see if you can take things without complaining, if not, he may not trust you going forward. You're new to the command, not the time to question something so petty.
