I think my IST delayed mine a bit too, so I feel for you there. Still have to be in 10 years to make MAJ though, so it shouldn't slow your career down.

CPT(P) (Join to see) It's 4 years as a CPT, 10 years total TIS, and a CCC as the base requirements for MAJ. You can theoretically make CPT at 6 years TIS and still get first look for MAAJ.
