I would just go squeeze hands and do a face to face. I would appreciate that for sure. Just be ready to explain your plan in detail.

Talk to your 1SG and then get on the CSM's calendar . You say you have one year rated time as PSG, what's the average time on position for a competitive 11B to MSG and is your BN at, or over strength. Where are you guys at in the deployment cycle. Those are things the CSM will be considering when deciding on thier recommendation or action.
