I'm an Air Force member, so I don't have a lot of experience with what exactly the Army prefers. The Air Force tends to add a lot of fancy words, and from the one example I saw from an Army member it seemed very to the point... avoiding any fluff. I've just completed two sections of my previous Military Experience and would like to know if I'm on the right track. I'd like to provide the best product to the CW4 who is waiting to see my packet. Thanks in advance for the help!

01 Aug 2019 to 28 Feb 2020 (Section Chief, Cyber Transport)

Section Chief of Cyber Transport in an Air Communications Squadron. Charged with the equipping, training, moral, and welfare of 12 NCO's and 13 Airmen. Furthermore, responsible for the maintenance, security, accountability, and modernization of 57 long haul data links, 1,600 IT systems and the Korean Air Operations Centers 56 million dollar network infrastructure. Firstly, as Section Chief, guided team through 4 network upgrades totaling 385 thousand dollars, that ultimately increased network capacity tenfold and improved Command and Control capabilities for 1,300 joint personnel. Secondly, guided stand-up of the Mission Defense Team and postured a 1.1 million dollar cyber weapon system, first in the Korean Theater. Thirdly, led 5 member team that resolved a firewall fault, which synchronized Army and Air Force operations, and ensured the completion of 16 thousand simulated sorties and 8 thousand missions during exercise Dong Meang 2019. Moreover, leadership skills culminated in the distinction of 2 Squadron Team of the Quarter awards and a Wing Information Dominance award. Finally, awarded Meritorious Service Medal for outstanding mentorship, technical skills and filling a SNCO position as a Technical Sergeant.

04 Feb 2019 to 31 Jul 2019 (NCOIC, Communications Focal Point)

NCOIC of Communications Focal Point in an Air Communications Squadron. Charged with the equipping, training, moral, and welfare of 4 NCO's and 8 Airmen. Furthermore, provides tier 0 support, tracks trouble tickets to resolution, and directs maintenance actions for 4 networks, in support of 3,000 users across 31 United States Forces Korea locations. Firstly, as NCOIC, refined shops training plan by evaluating 204 job qualification training task and developing 117 Standard Operating Procedures, putting an end to an 18 month training shortfall for the unit. Secondly, guided development of Share Point site for IT work orders and network account requests, which slashed account creation from 1 week to 2 days and garnered a PACAF Chief Information Officer award. Thirdly, directed support for the Korean Air Simulation Center and utilized a scripting tool to generate 260 network accounts in a single day, that directly led to 6,000 simulated sorties and 24,000 ordinance drops. Moreover, leadership and motivational skills drove an Airmen to earn 2 Technician of the Month Awards and Airmen of the 2nd Quarter 2019. Finally, selected to fill vacant SNCO position due to excellent performance.

WO1 (Join to see) Congratulations on your goal of becoming a warrant. Your resume is impressive - as a picky proof reader I have one item that I noticed. You stated that you are responsible for the "moral" of troops. Could that be "morale"? Again, congrats and good luck in your efforts.

Have you sat down with the CW4 your essentially working with to have them assist you. They should be engaged in your process as much as possible. It helps them to get to know you, which is helpful if that's whom your asking for a letter of recommendation, and they will or should have the insight for how to structure your resume as well as the rest of your documents.
