WOFT Packet LOR?

What's the best way to get in contact with a CW3+ Aviator? I have made contact with a few CW's here at Ft. Hood but they've either gone on leave or PCS'd and it has me in a jam. I'm trying to meet the 17 May deadline, but I understand an "emergency" on my part doesn't constitute one for anybody else. I've been told to "just go to the airfield". I've been reluctant to do that as I didn't feel that was the most professional way to handle getting an LOR. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just go to the airfield. When I was at Benning that’s how I did it. It’s not unprofessional to go seek guidance or help. If a dude walks in to my company, there isn’t a single WO who would look down on them for trying to progress their careers.

I would go to the airfield. I was a retention NCO at an aviation unit for a while and I can say that Warrants are a different breed. They act human and treat people like humans. They may even ask if you want to go for a ride.
