Would any Warrant Officers be willing to read over my resume?
The results for the September Warrant Officer board were released today and I was not selected. I've gone over my resume again this evening and would like to have some other experts read over it as well and give me some input. There is very little I can do to strengthen my packet aside from updating the resume for an impact award I received and a recent annual NCOER.

I was just selected for the September Board. If you'd like, I can review your resume as well.

Was this your first non-select? For which MOS are you submitting your packet? I'm sure you've carefully reviewed the checklist on the USAREC website when you put your packet together, but are you certain that it was complete? Did you get a solid endorsement from a senior CW3 in the branch to which you are trying to access? Also, how strong were your NCOERs? These are just a few questions that come to mind.

Sir, this is my first board I applied for. I was FQ-NS, so far, I’ve had numerous senior warrants and officers look over my resume. All of them gave me good advice on what to add or elaborate on and what to remove. Also, I received a LOR from a CW5 within my Brigade who I worked with a couple times. My recent NCOERs for SSG have me rated as #1 amongst my peers and are in sequential order showing progression each year. I would like to believe my resume was the only thing that held me back. However, I have a strong feeling my SIFT score (44) played a huge role as well unfortunately. I applied for 153A.

Yes, I saw what you applied for under your original post as soon as I pressed 'Send'.
Just a little too quick on the trigger. Wow, competition must be really fierce amongst aviators this year, although I get what you are saying about the SIFT score. I'm sure you've already received a lot of recommendations on how to bring that number up. Since you already have all of the additional advice and endorsement that you need from within your branch, I guess that all I can offer is good luck. Don't give up!
