Your greatest asset are the troops you put in, never lie to them, they come home and if you were up front with them, they will recruit for you, if you screw them, they will tell everyone you can't be trusted

Recruiting at any level, echelon or COMPO is a difficult and rewarding task. Stay the course and when things don't seem to work as planned, keep the faith and continue to drive forward in your mission. While not in the official capacity as a recruiter, it is a primary task for me as a senior warrant officer and I have dealt with many recruiters when they have warrant officer applicants.

I would ask of you, please do what you can to get us some quality aviation warrant officer applicants. It is a long process, but if you perfect it, you can streamline the effort from your foxhole and assist us all, USAR, ARNG and RA.

Congratulation and remember one other thing, you set the tone and example for everyone serving as the initial point of contact, make us proud and get them in!
