Greetings,
I am MAJ (R) Ken Landgren. I have been afflicted with PTSD for seven years. It was an infinitely difficult process to heal and find the finish line. I have thus written a PTSD Paper to help people heal. Many veterans who tried the program in the paper have healed 150 degrees. It is never 180 degrees because we continue to be Work In Progress. I was lucky. My experiences, military thinking, and ability to remember key tasks to healing gelled together to facilitate me in the endeavor to write the PTSD Paper.
If you have PTSD or know someone with it, I recommend you read the paper or share it with someone who could use it. It is easy to read and very straightforward. It will walk you from start to finish. The feedback I have received is very encouraging. Different people choose what topics they think are most important and appropriate to them. For example, a gentleman stated he never thought about the health of his marriage in the process; and it eventually became a key task. A few people confided they cried because the paper painted the picture for them.
Helping people with PTSD is a significant passion for me until I am no more. I know the hurt. I have felt the hurt. I ask nothing from you except two things. Take a chance on the paper and smile. It is and important objective to see you cross the finish line and win. Your mission to heal defines who Ken is. Good luck and Godspeed.
