Randy Taylor has made engagement with surrounding communities a key part of his leadership since taking on the role of senior commander of Aberdeen Proving Ground in April, not only because he says he enjoys it but because it is an essential part of keeping the Harford County Army post’s workforce of more than 20,000 soldiers and civilians safe.

All commanders make Civ Engagement part of their leadership....(Because it has been in CGs OER Support Form (Objectives) for at least a decade.) We did this when CECOM moved from FT Monmouth NJ to APG, MD. We even sent advance teams.
