More crime and punishment stories from Military.com. If this guy is guilty they should hang him high. They say the case was originally dismissed because there should be a statute of limitations on rape. I tend to disagree with that.

There should be no statue of limitations. However, I am not going to say the guy should be hung yet until a bit more evidence comes out. If he did it they should hang him.
