Can a MSG who has been in a 1SG billet with the "M" SQI request their retirement reflect the Diamond?

Yes. That's a block to check in the retirement paperwork. Same with SGM's who previously served as CSM's.

yes there was several in 4 - 64 Ar that did this prior to my retirement.
