Great idea. The AF needs to do more training like this. But it should go both ways. I know a few officers that could benefit from attending SNCOA.

I'm an Air Force. There were talks about this for years. As Senior managers SRNCO's should not only be able to attend but some of the courses should incorporate junior offices. I think both will appreciate one anothers rolls as War fighters especially during contingency operations. The officer will understand giving orders is not simply a conmand but why and the impact on the SNCO leadership and overall mission. Thereby, the SNCO will execute the order with deeper intent.

If this is the case, why doesn't the USAF bring back the Warrant Officers? My CMSgt brother would love to be a Warrant like his Dad and Brother.
