There is no place for this in the military! We go to boot camp to break us down and build us back up as one...hence the word uniform. When we are training or in combat we don't care who has over watch while I am reloading or who (male or female, black or white) is flying that damn plane or helo giving me support. All we care about is are you in uniform, have you been properly trained and do you have my back? because I sure as heck have yours! To teach these types of courses, only creates a divide that we have worked hard to obliterate. Just my opinion.

I never paid attention to my buddy. Rangers had buddies not white or black. We never let our buddy down and vice versa. If my buddy needed me I was there. We never left a buddy either i know we can all use a buddy our lives depended on it.

Getting out of the next marathon PowerPoint briefing would be a privilege I could go for.

The only white privilege I know about it to stay off welfare. I was told we are better than that.
