Can leadership deny you a promotion if you picked up PFC automatically on July 23rd Then got flagged on August 21st? They’re not pinning me based on the fact I failed my pt test but that was a month after I picked up PFC.

There's a difference between pinning and promotion. Company level leaders often mess this up with E1-E4 promotions. If your LES says that you are a PFC, then just roll with it till you pass your APFT and they pin you.

Yes they can . I know it's not right but they as an higher Authority as an NCO it happen to me just because I was pregnant they claimed I couldn't do anything but that's no reason to demote me.
