As a man who has been doing CA for 18 years, I can fully endorse it as an outstanding career path and an opportunity to make a difference.

If CA had warrants, I would have switched over long ago. Just hit my 10 year mark and hoping to pin SFC soon anyways, so I would probably need a waiver. Good luck on recruitment!

Do these standards count for AD as well as Reserves? Also, are you able to apply to CA straight from NG?
