It was called LMET when I took it at Little Creek in 1986. Leadership Management Education Training...

Never made it to lpo training
Thing I value was the brotherhood and take pride in being able to serve our country

It may not matter what your rank is? The Navy will not allow you to re-enlist if you don't demonstrate upward mobility and leadership. Anyway, I was just answering to a question from a fellow shipmate.

I didn’t go through any po3 or po2 leadership training,prouably because I was in Beirut both times,I got out in 84 that might be the reason also.
