Hello, PVT Hedgeman, You can reenlist ,but you will have to wait 90 days to reenlist as well. Also, it is based of your separation code as well. Hopefully, you will learn from your past and do better. Best of luck to you and Happy Veteran Day.

Best bet would be to talk to a recruiter. I am not sure what the waiver process entails.

Sarge here has your answer: recruiter. You'll need to talk with one and find out if they're offering waivers. The recruiter should be able to tell you out right if you have a shot.

A buddy of mines from AIT had the same exact discharge and was basically in the same situation with you and he just enlisted back into the Army. So I’d say your chances should be pretty decent.
