Does anyone have a good contact to check up on a recruiter packet?

So I dropped a Volunteer Recruiter Packet a couple weeks ago and haven’t heard anything. After trying to verify where my packet is in the process I’ve found out it’s extremely hard to track down. Does anyone have a good contact to check the status of a Recruiter Packet?
