Prosecutors: Senior chief called officer ‘dick,’ deserted, committed sex crimes

Saw the title, thought Duffleblog but it isn't. When they catch him, have his mental health evaluated... Navy madness

Sounds like the Senior Chief started a downward spiral and has finally hit bottom. He should not be charged for calling an officer “a Dick”.

I have called more than one "officer" more than one offensive name, more than once. Never got court-martialed. Of course, I was correct in my comments.
