What are you looking for specifically? An example of the write-up for ideas, format? Just want to make sure that I try and assist with exactly what you need.

This will be my first NCOER as a MSG(P), and my boss hasn't ever done one for a SGM. I can't find any examples on the Google-Machine of what "right" looks like on the new form.
