What is the Maximum TIS for consideration on a SGM/CSM board? I have 22years and 2 months TIS, I just made E8, will I be able to compete?

It changes depending on the board, they send out a message outlining the requirements in a board message MILPER. (MILPER 17-142 outlines FY17) as an example, but it may change.
