I Performed Duties as Senior Instructor 31B 31E 1992-1998 twice the training was revamped, schools had to be reaccredited by TRADOC prior to running with it. In 1995 all instructors had to have held a leadership position a bonus was an Instructor with combat experience. In 98 TRADOC not only wanted Instructors to have held a leadership position, they wanted them to be drill qualified and again combat experience a plus. The revamp of training is based off lessons learned to minimize the loss of Personnel and Equipment while performing Military Duties. Things I feel should never change with Technology is basic combat skills; terrain association and map reading, survival, escape and evade skills, so if an EMP knocks everything out Warriors can still survive and complete the Mission.
