It doesn't appear that you have an active request for reassignment in eActions.
Have you asked your S1/RPAC for assistance? Have you signed a 4651 or an exit counseling?
Requesting transfer orders is a process, even though your promotion is dependent on it - it is not automatic. You are risking your promotion by not transferring into a valid position for your new grade/MOS.

I have asked my S1 for assistance, but have mostly received no response. The only thing I received were two emails I was CC’ed on. They were the exact same verbatim, dating a month apart. The email was sent to someone else asking if a packet needed to be created or if G1 could just cut the orders. I never received an answer or an update. I reached out to the person who they sent the email to, and they said the RFI was submitted on January 11th, 2021, and they would update me when they get more information. I still have received no information or updates.
I have not signed a 4651 or an exit counseling. That has not even been mentioned by my unit.
I was concerned about my promotion being effected by not promoting within the 90 days of my REFRAD date on my orders. My supervisor told me not to be worried, as the unit would have to file demotion paperwork and that hasn’t been done.

As your ARA/S1 to look in RLAS to see if you have orders sitting in there. I am always checking Personnel Orders.

My S1 seems to be talking to a higher S1 to see if my orders can be cut by the G1, or if a packet needs to be created. I have only received that information as I was CC’ed on the two emails they sent to the higher S1 that are dated a month apart. I only received this when I asked consistently for a status update. I have never received an actual response, and continue to be left in the dark. More often than not, I don’t hear anything back whatsoever. I grew frustrated, and directly contacted the person the S1 was talking to. This person did not answer my S1’s emails that I was CC’ed on, but they did answer me. They said the RFI was submitted on January 11th, 2021, and they would update me when they receive updates. Going on February now, and I’ve heard nothing back. I did not specifically ask about RLAS, but I can try and see what happens. I’m not sure I’ll get an answer, but I hope maybe this time I will.

Are you being transferred from Active Duty to a TPU unit or is this simply a TPU to TPU transfer due to promotion. Do you have the contact info to the unit that you will be promoting in to? If so, I would suggest contacting them ASAP as they are going to get the ball rolling faster than anyone.

This is a TPU to TPU transfer due to promotion.
I do not have the contact information for the unit I’m transferring to. However, I did ask for it a few times, and never received it. I tried looking the information up online, but I can’t find it. We have our first in person BA since COVID hit at the end of this month. If nothing happens by then, I will see if I can talk to the gaining unit in person.
