From where I'm sitting, Trump has inherited a mess. I hope he has the stamina to stick with it and clean up the mess in DC.

DRAIN THE SWAMP.

There is certainly no question about that and "Resident" Hussein Obama did his best to purposely create a bigger mess as he was leaving office. I hope President Trump continues on the path he is on to raise America and American values to the level it once was.

SSgt Taylor Cobb - Ha, ha... Now that’s really the pot calling the kettle black.
You are seriously delusional, my friend. I hope you get the help you need.
Obama is gone; Hillary lost; Trump is President. Get over it and move on.

COL Jean (John) F. B. OK so I’ve been nice now let try the other way. If I was standing in front of you, you would be a cowardly little girl. Social media give people muscles. I’m not that guy. Please don’t comment again. Have a nice life.

SSgt Taylor Cobb - LOL... You have been “nice”? Really??
You said I was a racist, a traitor, a disgrace, and a clown. Not really what I would call being nice.

I assure you that I am not a cowardly little girl and don’t need social media to “give me muscles”. I just have never been one to back away from dumb-ass comments like the ones you made, whether on social media or in person. Once again, it would behoove you to do a little more research before you demonstrate your stupidity and over-load your ass. A simple profile check gives you an insight about the person you are communicating with. Mine is very detailed, whereas yours is lacking any information about you whatsoever. So, what are you hiding? Are you ashamed of your background or don’t want people to know anything about you? Who’s the coward?

Concerning your comment, “Please don’t comment again.” That’s not how this works... I am free to comment on public social media whenever I want, as you are. I always respond to comments directed to me. You are free to not read them.

On the international front.......agreed. It's a mess....and has been for some time. On the domestic front......not so bad. The economy was recovering, not as fast as most would like, but it was recovering. Stocks had tripled in value.......unemployment was under 5%......and we were adding jobs each month at a rate of 2 to 3 hundred thousand, as opposed to losing them at 750,000 a month in 2008. The last GOP administration left with the economy on the brink of total collapse....at least Trump didn't face anything like that. Room for improvement? You bet.......so he needs to stop whining and get to it.

While I don't have proof, I don't necessarily believe that all those stats on the economy and employment were 100% accurate. Especially the unemployment rate.

The jobs you are referring to are part time service sector jobs. If you work a part time job and get hired for two more pt jobs the economy is said to have added two jobs at that time. There are no new manufacturing jobs. They are ALL low wage jobs. The government CANNOT create jobs, but they can create more govt jobs (taxpayer funded).

My brothers in arms, past and present, please do more research in the economy, you owe it to yourselves and to your country. Wallstreet does NOT represent Main street, and this is proven by the fact that as fiat currency was added to the pool of currency, so were positive stock numbers. Since Wallstreet was bailed out there is little risk in investing heavily in the stock market. So if you have capital why risk starting a company when you can invest for huge gains in the stock market?

The unemployment numbers are much higher. The govt does NOT count those who have given up looking for jobs (those who no longer receive UI). I would agree that real unemployment is near 40%.
