I know the tattoo policy states nothing can be below the wrist bone but it doesn’t state if below the wrist bone starts at the top of the wrist bone or the bottom? If I wrap a rubber band around my wrist starting starting at the top there is a portion of shading that is about 1cm. I was curious if there are any warrant officer on here that had some insight on how strict the inspection is?

Just graduated and all I did was fill out an inprocessing form stating my own tattos and where they were at on my body. Also the person behind the computer helping you do the form is another candidate (student led course). So as long as your within Army reg’s which it looks like you are already in your fine. Tons of people come through with sleeves and such. I personally have 16 and it was not an issue brought up at all plus there were tons of people with sleeves like yours.

The commandant May look at the forms and then if he wants to can do that but all I did was put what I had, like gargoyle on inner left forearm, and no actual inspection. I don’t know anyone in my entire class that had an actual inspection as well. You should be good unless they see any derogatory or anything if that nature I don’t think you’ll get any further inspections.SGT James Erb

I saw a few that were even derogatory on legs and such in our class, but they didn't appear to be an issue CW2 (Join to see)

Mr. Echevarria, quick question. I noticed that you were a Senior DS. I would assume you were a SFC. Mind if I ask how many years AFS and your AGE? You can PM me if you'd like. Just curious becuase i need waivers for both.

The policy states below the wrist bone. By definition that does not include the bone itself, but everything from a line running tangent to the bottom of the bone. That is basically the wrist crease that you can clearly see on the image you posted.

I think you are fine

As long as its covered by class A's and its not offensive you should be good. I am covered head to toe and I had no issues.
