I was just looking for some advice for both printing out these large handouts, like how WOCS would like to see them/how it would be beneficial for me to print them out(I.E. 2 sided, 2-4 pages per sheet of paper, etc.)as well as how much time should I be putting into studying said packets, should I be studying them like my life depended on it or just read through it for now?

Just read it for now. You will he given a WOC SOP when you get to WOCS. And don’t worry. For the first little bit, nothing you do will be correct anyways. Don’t stress it.

If I Were Still In The Printing Business, I'd SUGGEST,
You Give The Orders To Me.....
Under, Of Course,A "NO BID" Contract:
Then I Can Charge As Much For It As I Feel Like Charging You.....
What The "L", It's A GOVERNMENT Contract, Right?
CRAP,.. Toilet Seats Are $5,000 Each, So What's A Few Million More?
