Sounds like a great resource. If your not GTG on the inside ....How can you be GTG on the outside?

Exactly right. This resource was especially designed for sleep management. In a joint CAN/US stress study this program showed remarkable improvements;
84% of participants saw increase in sleep quality
68% increase in length of sleep
72% decrease in number of times waking up
92% easier to get to sleep
84% sleep is more restful
76% energy levels have improved

Also mitigation or elimination of mental fog, physical pain. Some determined this program had saved their marriages. Outstanding.

Angela Benedict - The sleep part hits home as i have severe sleep apnea....I need a Bi-Pap not a c-pap. 18 # in and 11 # out. The first night wearing it there was dramatic difference.
