Translation? Flynn was an unregistered (illegal) foreign agent during his brief tenure in Trump's NSA. His lobbying likely helped the Turkish government. Remember also that during this period, the Russian ambassador to Turkey was murdered.

I remember the Public Service Reminder Growing up that all "Foreign Agents" had to Register. Now as a Grandpa I remember My 21 Years as a Navy Spook working for "No Such Agency". Little did I realize that we would have a President with Most of His Appointments in Bed with Russia, Putin and Russian Mafia!

Don't get offended. I was just curious. I am registered as a Republican butvote for whomever I feel is the better person. And yes u have voted for Democrats and Independents.
Unlike many who only vote party lines, I personally find this to be ignorant. My father was a life long Dem. In the county I live in, there are few Dems that run for county offices. Many times there is only one candidate. I asked my father one year, who did you vote for Sheriff. The only one running was na Republican. He said no one. I asked if he wrote someone in. Nope. I had to break his heart by telling him he had wasted his ballot. In Nebraska you must vote in every category or it negates your ballot. He confirmed what I told him through several friends.
The funny part is the man running was a friend of his. That he thought was the best man for the job. But because of that R next to his name he wouldn't vote for him.
That is where I feel the Dems are failing. Selecting bad cantidates and convincing people that no other candidates are worth their vote. I am glad to see so many people that actually care about politics. The problem is too many are brainwashed.

SFC Dave Beran - That's interesting, I would have never guessed. I apologize for my tone. The argument that one candidate did it and so it's okay is just incredibly pointless and does nothing to improve our lot in life. My family supported Bush, and I had no opinion because I was kid. Seeing him now, I can accept that he made some mistakes, but he respected the office. He also respects opposing views, such as his wife and daughter's on abortion. I like to compare platforms and character history, but I also have my own priorities which are obviously socially progressive. I'm not an idealist though, and I'd prefer a more common sense approach to taxes and the budget, a fiscal moderate.

I figured all of that out. But I have only been on RP for about two months. That's why I was asking. I find most of your info, to be moderate to left leaning. I may disagree with some but consider myself a centrist. Some people are easy to figure out. You are more comes. And yes that is a compliment.
