I am not sure if this is allowed. I am not pushing or promoting a specific brand or company. What I am asking especially us older folks Have you looked into cooking with convection air rather than oil frying or even grilling meats and other foods

I saw one of those in the VA PX. Reminded me of the NuWave oven I had for years until it died. Great way to cook... but wary of it falling to pieces...
