I tend to agree, do the math; caravan is currently just over 1000 miles from border and at 30 miles per day, at best, its over 33 days before it reaches our border, if it does. Remember it has yet to go through prime cartel territory. There is no need for troops at the border before Election Day except to intimidate and/or inspire voters on immigration issues.elections

I'm not sure they are there, except some combat engrs to shore up fencing, but I have been telling folks exactly the same. In fact I think it's more like 2000 miles right now. This is all about fear, and if people would just use their noggins and realize the rhetoric is just that, and there's little proof of anything (like diseases, storming the borders, etc.) you see in memes, they could all settle down.
