Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Tina Kapral Director of Education Program at the Institute For Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University (SU). I am responsible for several entrepreneurship training programs for veterans and their families. I would like to share one in particular with you, in hopes that you would consider helping me spread the word about the open seats we have available. It is the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp For Veterans With Disabilities (EBV)
http://ebv.vets.syr.edu/.
EBV is a novel, one-of-a-kind initiative designed to leverage the skills, resources and infrastructure of higher education to offer cutting-edge, experiential training in entrepreneurship and small business management to post-9/11 veterans with a service connected disability (or seeking a disability status) and a passion for entrepreneurship. We have a rolling application process
http://ebv.vets.syr.edu/apply-to-the-ebv/ Please apply for the 2016 season as soon as possible, classes filling up now.
There are 3 phases:
· 30 days online
· 9 day residency
· 1 year ongoing support
It is completely free of charge for a veteran or active duty service member in transition that is accepted into the program. You do not have to use your GI Bill or VOC Rehab benefits, we cover all costs from the transportation to residency phase to books.
Please see attached one page brochure and our program outcomes for more information or please fee to contact me directly with any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration in sharing this with anyone you think would be interested and a great fit for the EBV program. Please let me know if you should have any questions, and thank you for your help in spreading the word.
