China has been fighting the cyber and cyber espionage fight for a long time. We have be a good punching bag, or test dummy. Normally, the punching bag does not hurt the attacker. We could at least get into the game.

Did you see reference to "Five Eyes"? Thats 5 countries that have joint Inteligence sharing agreement US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK. A legacy of WWII that has been built on. Thats from 30 secs research from Wikipedia.
