MEET the FTW Trainers: Coach Tommy is a former S.W.A.T Member. He knows how important a First Responders personal fitness level is to their safety and ability to respond to whatever the shift may bring. Coach Tommy uses tried and true methods for athletes and performance-based professionals such as military personnel, S.W.A.T., and firefighters to build lean and toned muscle.
