My concern is how red flag laws will determine the protocols for confiscationing weapons. I see this starting show then building momentum to target people. When will end? Who knows.

I see them effectively ending the 2nd Amendment when a Dem gets back in the WH if any of them pass at the federal level.

Exactly. And who gets to decide why people should have their guns taken? Emotionally driven prosecutors and agenda driven judges?!

He said confiscate weapons. He's still a zero. He doesn't get it ...at all. If someone is a supposed danger to society, you do take their weapons and still leave them in society. You remove them from society by getting them help. Red Flag Laws, no matter what kind of pretty and emotional lipstick you put on them, are unconstitutional and dangerous.
