Thank you, my friend SSG Robert Mark Odom for posting the news that the body of 20-year-old USMA Cadet Kade Kurita was found last night on the West Point reservation. [I am glad that you have been promoted to SFC]
In 1980, the body of my friend Cadet Reggie Johnson was found after he slipped and fell in a swollen stream during the annual Sandhurst military stakes competition on April 11, 1980. That was 37 days before he would have graduated with our class.
