Three things I want to say:
- After 20 years in the army, the military programs for abused people is nebulous
- One must be willing to fight a wrong
- Sexual harassment cases in the army are done informally (by the unit) or formally (the CG has eyes on it). I have seen an formal case against an NCO, and he was out of the army in a week.
