for those that doesn't know, California offers tuition waiver for student's who's parents is 100% disable through CalVet. They can use both CalVet tuition wavier with DEA (dependent education assistance).
New Mexico offers free hunting and fishing license for 100% disable vet for life, you just can't hunt Elks and Bear.

To expand on CPL Yangs comment, California has quite a few state benefits for CA resident vets. You can have a 0% VA disability rating, and still get full tuition for a dependent as long as they make less than a certain amount. Go to their website, or get the booklet from them.

Where is this booklet and website .i keep hearing About 0% VA disability rating and Dependence getting full tuition but I haven’t seen it anywhere
