Using the FBI's definition, only 21 of these would qualify as a mass shooting. JP4 asked that RP users not demonize a group of people, in this case gun owners, for random acts of violence. Except for gun owners apparently. Gun owners are an acceptable target for demonization because everyone knows its the gun that kills, not the human using it.
