Hello Service Members about to separate from their full time military commitment. I work on a team that is adding Benefits Delivery Before Discharge (Pre-Discharge) to the VA.gov website. Currently, the benefit is only available to service members through eBenefits. Some more information on Pre-Discharge claims can be found here:
https://www.va.gov/disability/how-to-file-claim/when-to-file/pre-discharge-claim/.
We are in need of service members with the following qualifications to do some User Acceptance Testing.
1. Discharge date is between 90-180 days from today.
2. You have at least one disability you will be claiming through the VA at some point.
3. You have a DS Logon account you can successfully log into.
4. You can report to a claim exam within 45 days of submission.
5. You have your Service Treatment Record and the password.
If you can say yes to the above, you can get not only get a VA Disability Benefits Claim (Form 526) started digitally at VA.gov but also help us get the application into perfect shape for deployment to all eligible service members. If you click the link to
https://veteranusability.us/ it will allow you to register for testing.
Thank you for your time!
