Really a pet project. By implementing Regenerative AG not only improves soil condition but the soil holds more water and holds more carbon. You see carbon in the soil is like a sponge,” it fosters a cycle: The more carbon, the more water the soil will store and the more perennial plants can grow; the more perennial plants, the more carbon stored in their roots. When perennials decompose in the soil, that too adds more healthy organic material to the earth. More organic material for the soil means less need for artificial fertilizer which cuts back on inputs in its manufacturing, delivery and application which means fewer greenhouse gases are released into the atmosphere. And Guess what. By implementing Regenerative Ag the Farmer can develop another revenue stream through Carbon Sequestration. Imagine that. A farmer can fight climate change by improving their soil which in turn allows the farmer to increase production from the land they farm and get paid for it. Sounds like a Win Win situation to me.
What i would really like to see is before someone like yourself posts a story then attaches a stupid tag to it that they would take a moment, read, understand and consider everything in the article. Guess its too hard for you and the others.
BTW. Corn is about to hit $6 a bushel and it hasn't been anywhere near that price in almost 7 years. All of the soybeans in the US minus about 2-3% is slated for export. People are worried that the US will not have enough for its use with everything slated for export. American Wheat is benefiting from Russian export taxes on its wheat which is making things looking pretty good down on the farm grain wise.

Depends most of our farmers export to other countries while we import many things. The last presidential administration screwed them over just as much.
