I was working on another version of that, but then I saw yours and just clicked on the thumbs up.

Someday, the Democrats will figure out that if you don't want the neighbors kids in your yard, stop putting out big bowls of candy. But probably not anytime soon.

Keep in mind that you’re probably wearing that bowl of candy. Do a tag check - are the clothes you’re wearing now, made in America? Or elsewhere?

PO3 Donald Murphy - What does "Hecho in Mexico" have to do with anything? Either a nation has the right to regulate its borders or it does not.
Every year, just on the American side of the border HUNDREDS of bodies off illegal immigrants are found in the deserts of California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. How many are not found? How many die on the other side of the border? How many survive only to become sex slaves or drug mules for organized crime that "facilitates" their trip North.
Well-meaning social justice warriors are complicit in every death, every act of rape, and every dose of illicit drugs carried across by a drug mule. Convince me I'm wrong.
P.S. Soy fluido en español. Adivina por qué.

Maj John Bell people don’t cross for any rogue reason that comes in to their mind. If ‘that’ worked, then why not cross into the border I’d say, Burma? Or Japan? Or Canada?
Lo siento,
They are “here” (aqui) because we hire them and buy their stuff. You can of course, try and make it a different outcome.

PO3 Donald Murphy - I still do not follow how buying goods made in Mexico encourages illegal immigration.
You are right they don't cross for any reason. They cross because they perceive the the risk versus reward makes it "worth it." Take away the possibility of legal residency, naturalization citizenship or legal entry EVER, and you will remove a good part of the reward. Impose draconian penalties on employers who cannot show that they exercised due diligence in their hiring practices (currently illegal for employers to request proof of citizenship or ask a work permit/green card). That takes the bait out of the trap.
Then add some penalty. For the three countries you chose penalty for illegal entry:
_[Myanmar] Burma - confinement for between 6 months to five years, plus a fine and deportation
_Japan -Imprisonment for not more than 3 years and/or fine, and deportation.
_Canada - Fine and imprisonment for 6 months or 2 years, depending on nature of offense. [Typically not imposed for fist time offender with no other known felonious criminal activity in Canada]. Plus deportation.
Finally, it is really difficult to walk from Mexico to Burma or Japan. [If your going to pitch the ball low and slow over the plate, I gotta swing for the wall. Can't help it.] :)
