Capt Prickett Don't confuse education with actual knowledge or intelligence. One can learn anything and everything outside the ivory tower. There is plenty of literature explaining the inexorable link between the Declaration and the Constitution. To argue otherwise is to take a position of undeniable ignorance. As for your drawing of lines as to where the right to life starts, I will again warn you that the lines you draw are applicable to human being anywhere through the life cycle and is, without doubt, depraved to suggest there is a right to kill them. Either there is a right to life or there isn't. Obviously, you don't seem to believe there is.
