On Sunday the 20th of December, the week before the day in which we pay homage to the birth of Jesus Christ, a day of remembrance, of family gatherings marked with good food, friends, gifts, and memories of Christmas long past, we lost a very special, loyal, loving and fantastic individual, one we will now sadly add to the list of those now gone, but not forgotten; Marine Gunnery Sergeant Earl Pearl.
