LTC Jay Hicks, thanks for sharing Sir. The Dr. Seuss correlation was very interesting. I really think having routine is vital. You go your entire Military career with a routine and this is what has define you for much of your adult life, so finding that post-retirement balance or relaxation and regiment is vital. Networking is also extremely important and hopefully this process was being accomplished while you were still on active duty.
